Two Car Crash Sends One Man To The Hospital

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Sunday car accident that sent one man to the hospital. The accident happened around 7:15 p.m. near the intersection of County Roads 220 and 216. 40-year-old Douglas Norfleet of Van Buren was heading south on 220 when he was struck by 44-year-old Zachary Swing of Findlay as he pulled out of a parking lot.

Hanco EMS took Norfleet to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of possible injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
