Mallett Enterprises Of Findlay Buys Historic 5-Story Building In Downtown Findlay

A 128-year-old building in the heart of downtown Findlay has changed hands. Local businessman and entrepreneur Mike Mallet purchased the building that used to hold Finders Records and Muddy River Bicycle Company. The building could be used for high-end housing, commercial use, or a business regional office or headquarters.

Mallett Enterprises Findlay stated that they want to preserve the historic charm of the building. They also want it to contribute to the revitalization of Downtown Findlay while having a positive effect on neighboring businesses.
