UPDATE – Fostoria Community Hospital Evacuated Due To Gas Odor

UPDATE 7:40 a.m. – The Fostoria Fire Department tells us that they and Columbia Gas have given the ‘all clear’ and the hospital is back open.

ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital was evacuated Tuesday morning due to a possible gas leak.

The Fostoria Fire Department tells WFIN News that at about 5:45 a.m. an odor of natural gas could be smelled outside the hospital.

The hospital was then evacuated as the situation is investigated.
