Arcadia School Board Members Discuss Replacing Modular Units

Work continues to replace aging modular classrooms in the Arcadia School District. School board members talked about plans to build new elementary classrooms during a Wednesday meeting. The estimated cost of the project is $2.1 million. The new section of the school would replace four modular classrooms.

The plans also include storm shelter aspects. A proposed state law would mandate better storm shelters for Ohio’s schools.

The school plans to advertise for bids next month.
